All returns require prior authorization. Please e-mail [email protected] with your return request.
You may return any new, unopened, factory-sealed merchandise within 21 days. You will be issued a full credit less actual shipping fee. Defective or damaged merchandise must be reported within 3 days of delivery.
Return Shipping Cost:
You are responsible for shipping any return product. In the event you are exchanging a defective product for a new one, we will reimburse your cost of shipping after we examine the product.
Please Note:
You will only receive partial refund of any returned product that is found to be non-defective and is not in new unopened, factory-sealed condition. Your refund will be reduced by the actual round-trip shipping cost plus a 25% restocking fee. All packaging materials, manuals, warranty cards, and other included items as well as the original manufacturer's box must be included. Items that have been physically damaged or scratched can not be returned.
